1. Fill out the order form.
2. We will contact you regarding your photos.
   • Because our technology requires a very specific set of photos from you to render the best possible photo-realistic avatar skin, we may request that you send additional photos.
   • Your order will not be in our work-queue until we have received the needed photos.
3. Once we have the right photos to work with, you will be assigned a passcode to check the status of your order on our website.
   • If you are purchasing a FaceBasic or FacePlus package, payment would be due in full at this point.
   • If at anytime you forget your passcode, you can request that it be sent directly to the SL name you provided or the RL email address.

   • We will send you a demo of what we have created, and if you are satisfied, you may pay for the full product.
   • We will do our best to maintain both high quality and the best rate for our introductory FaceBasic feature to help diversify SL avatars and to make your SL experience as real as possible. If you find another service with a better offer at the same quality for our FaceBasic program, simply inform us of your find, and we will offer you a fifty percent discount on any of our services.
   • For special circumstances, rush orders (5 to 7 business day turnout) are available at 10x the listed price.
